How to Use the Monitor

Three simple steps to your engineering verdict.

We have stripped away the complex math so you can get a clear answer in under 60 seconds. You do not need any technical boiler knowledge to use this tool.

Step 1: Boiler Profile & History Use the slider to set the current age of your boiler. Then, select whether it is currently under warranty and tell us about its service history.
Step 2: The Financials Use the next two sliders to input the financial data. Slide the top bar to show any money you have already spent on past repairs (excluding servicing costs). Slide the bottom bar to show the cost of any current repair you are considering.
Step 3: The Verdict Hit generate. The algorithm will process your data against REAL engineering standards and instantly reveal your boiler’s True Residual Value and Future Repair Risk factor.
