  • 5.4    Our email processing supplier is Mailchimp and is situated in the USA. The European Commission has made an “adequacy decision” with respect to the data protection laws of the USA. Transfers to the USA will be protected by appropriate safeguards, namely the use of standard data protection clauses adopted or approved by the European Commission.

  • 5.5    Our CRM supplier is Capsule and data is hosted in the USA.  Capsule has a robust privacy programme that is designed to align with EEA data hosting regulations. Capsule’s service is Privacy Shield certified and Capsule offers a Security Policy for EU based customers. These guarantees are structured to assure the appropriate groups that Capsule’s data handling processes meet rigorous policy requirements.

  • 5.6    Our Certification and Invoicing processing supplier is VanCert and is situated in the UK. VanCert’s Terms and Conditions can be found at http://www.vancert.com/terms-and-conditions.html.

  • 5.7    You acknowledge that personal data that you submit for publication through our website or services may be available, via the internet, around the world. We cannot prevent the use (or misuse) of such personal data by others.
    1. Retaining and deleting personal data
