Founded by Ibrahim Tural — a Gas Safe registered engineer with over 20 years of industry experience - Real Boiler Servicing Ltd is built on the core principle of;

By continuing to work as the main engineer, Ibrahim maintains the core values of the business with every service or call-out.

Since 2013, we’ve been dedicated to keeping homes in Enfield, Barnet, Haringey, Broxbourne, and the Epping Forest District in Essex comfortable, safe, and efficient. We believe in transparent pricing and apply an out-of-area charge exclusively for locations beyond our normal coverage area.

What you can expect from us

An email confirming the date, time, location and minimum charges for your visit sent immediately, giving you the options to reschedule or cancel.
For works with parts cost over £50 a deposit payment is required

Reminder email on the morning of your appointment.
Text message or call 30 minutes before arrival, confirming your engineer is on the way, with a trackable link to Google Maps.

The work area is prepped; dust sheets, gloves, and shoe covers used as required to preserve your space.
Confirm what work is required and carry it out as agreed or pre-defined to your satisfaction.
Discuss any recommendations, concerns, and offer advice for improvements and energy-saving ideas.

Any documentation and your invoice are emailed, normally the same day.
(Payment is due 4 days from the invoice date.)

Email reminder / Text message is sent Two weeks before your annual service with an online booking link (reminder opt-out optional).
Boiler replacement service available on request for our existing servicing customers exclusively.

Championing for a Gas Safe Nation
As a key active supporter of Gas Safety Week, a national safety campaign organised by the Gas Safe Register.
Ibrahim has raised awareness of the importance of safe gas practices across homes and businesses in Enfield since 2014.
In recognition of his commitment, Ibrahim was invited as a guest speaker to the Parliamentary launch of Gas Safety Week 2018, held at the House of Commons, where He addressed cross-party MPs and industry leaders.
Speaking about the vital role local businesses play in promoting gas safety, and also presented details of Real Boiler Servicing’s upcoming community-focused safety initiatives.
