It is recommended to allow 30 to 45 minutes for the gas safety check to be completed.
Unforeseen complications can increase this.

All the gas appliances in the property, along with your gas meter and any carbon monoxide detectors.
If you have a gas fire, we may also need to access the bedroom and the loft to check the integrity of the chimney throughout the property.
