Simple, clear, starightforward pricing for repairs
This covers the first 30 minutes and any boiler breakdown repairs that can be completed within this time.
Should further work or parts be required, we will provide a detailed cost breakdown or advise on the best way to proceed.
Our ongoing rate is £41.50, charged in 15-minute increments after the initial half hour.
Additional charges for parking and visits outside our normal coverage area apply. For more information, kindly refer to the Areas We Cover page.

It is recommended not to use your boiler till it’s been inspected or repaired.

The initial diagnosis and time spent on-site are still chargeable. If parts are needed or a return visit is required, we will provide a full, detailed estimate before continuing.

If a repair is not viable or cost-effective, we’ll provide honest advice and, for existing servicing customers only, an Estimate for a new boiler installation.

We offer a same-day service, subject to availability, if booked before 9 am, but do not offer out-of-hours or weekend appointments currently.
